if every one has nukes, no one will use them so it might not be so bad after all. and like u mentioned....the biggest suppoters of non proliferation always seem to be the ones with the largest stockpile in their kitties

Sam if in 1945, Japan had nukes, would USA have dared nuking Japan? Japan had guns and US had guns, and they used it against each other...but the damage was not in the same scale as using a nuke would be.... the only reason US nuked Japan was cos it knew that Japan couldnt reciprocate. and Sam , why do u think all these military superpowers are so keen on ensuring an exclusive nuclear club...why is it that US and its allies, inspite of having the most sophisticated military arsenal, including nukes, are still the good boys..and the likes of Iran and Korea are dubbed as 'axis of evil' for wanting to build their own nukes?

If every one has nukes no one will use them? Every one has guns in the US and even school boys are (mis)using them!! Every politician in india has power and each one is (mis)using it all the time whether they are in the govt or in the opposition!! You have got every thing mixed up my friend. Your theory will only hold good for war mongers like rajeev srinivasan who ,in their own stupid way are ushering in a nuclear holocaust and the end of the world!!

Hi Sam using a gun and using nukes are 2 different things the analogy isnt quite correct i can bully a person as long as i know he is powerless to fight back..but if i know he has the arsenal to vanquish me, i wont dare do it
