The title of the article arouses curiosity but the contents do not. There exists least relevance between the title and that follows. While gazing through the write-up, I had the minimum expectation that the Officer whom the writer has described WAS helpful in getting some clue from Osama's horoscope, or he WOULD BE helpful if consulted, etc. The info begins from attracting the co-workers from the cadres and becoming popular, and ends up in Osama's following an Islam calendar. We need some connection between the two.
