All the views of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq is crap. Hanging a terrorist, rapist or murderer won't bring peace back those who have been victim, but if they are not punished, it will be example for other such criminals. In this country, with weak political willpower and toothless law enforcers, criminals can get away with anything. If not anything else the entire process can be delayed for eternity and by the time justice is delivered, the criminal dies of old age. consider, every 2 yrs, there's a major bomb blast in mumbai, and now only few have been punished. Terrorists get away with all these only in India....because they have supporters in human rights, selfish politicians and few fools among us. If the terrorist is not hanged, he will be freed by his team by some hijack etc. Govt will spend crores of public money in negotiations and we general public will read all those in news papers and get on with life...it happens only in india!!!!
