Homeland

It is heartening to note the feelings of the Bhumi Puthras{sons of the soil}.Like the Kashmiri Pundits they have to live as foreginers in their own homeland. A few days back I was in Kulalampur on a holiday visit. The muslim population is 60% and balance Chinese and Indian origins. The main feeling is that the income disparity between the Bhumi Puthras and others. they mean Chinese. But I was recollecting the sanskrit word Bhumi Puthra.-son of mother earth or son of the soil. Time may perhaps be shifting people from one place to other place leaving imprint of earlier generations.
