Well first things first; throw out the ambassador. This should happen despite the commies.
As somebody has already mentioned, India must recognize Tibet. In addition, India must begin long term strategic alliance with Vietnam and equip it to the teeth with a viable nuclear arsenal. Time to call Beijing's bluff.

Yes. Arm a clever nation like Vietnam and keep Beijing jittery. I think even the US thinks, tough little buggers like the vietnamese can keep a better check on China, than large, pompous and frightened indian leaders.
