Somebody has to explain me what the hell he means by "self-rule" ... Kashmir already has self-rule. Did they not have election? Did he not serve as CM for the state? If leaders of Huriath conference did not take part in elections and all they do is complain, what the hell the New Delhi can do? I should remind them that its Pakistan that did not have a self-rule... its being ruled by a military dictator...
