It's nothing but admission of failure by the politicians to ensure proper integration of J&K. For decades we are hoodwinking ourselves into believing that a muslim majority state would not fall prey to the guiles of crooked fundamentalists. The only solution to J&K is to remove all restrictions on it , amend constitution and allow development of secular organizations. It is really disappointing that some people cannot see beyond their self interests !
