People like Rajeev Srinivasan have attempted to insult the readers. He has shamelessly used arguments like 5000 year old history to support the success of the south in the IT.
It is not only shameless but also logically incorrect to use 5000 year old history to explain everything. He has tried to say that the success of the south in IT is due to 5000 year old history. Of course such parallelisms can be drawn, but it is not courteous to do that. In the US for example, no one even talks about your parental background (or origin), leave aside ancient history. I can use arguments based on ancient history as a reason for why the state of Rajasthan has great educational institutions like the BITS. But it's not courteous to use history arguments for everything.
