With due respects to Mr Jethmalani and his "lawyers instinct", I wonder if he has been reading too much of Erle Stanley Gardner and about Perry Mason's exploits in the courtroom. I am sure he has read about "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED", so why is he attempting to delay justice? If he was convinced about his client's innocence then why did he wait so long to take up the case?
