The very mind of Indians..including me are people who do not follow the rules. I am happy atlest the Judges in Supreme Court follow the rules and also are trying to implement the rules.
Why do the Judges do soo ? ...because our Capital city's plan has to come under international standards!! Why not the government do so ? In fact its the Government as history reveals that actually allowed many loop-holes for the traders, real estate business ..etc do begin and continue their business in a haphazard manner. Its high time that people realize for the good of our own and for the good of our future too !!!
