domesticvolence law explained

all this law for woman is nice but what happen to woman who wants to fight but is scared because she has no money everything is in husbands name and he is good with words? why should a woman leave in an organisation when she is so used to stay comfortably from her fathers house to her husbands house? she takes nonsence from her husband because she has nowere to go,and he can be very dominating he can buy evidence with his money.what do such woman do? who are going thro domanstice volence but cant fight because of lawyers fees and for the roof on her head.. if the family supports her then the husband will not support the family,so with the victim everyone else also suffers in silence...
we should have a law saying that from the day the girl gets married she automatically owns half of husbands assets and she should also have ppf and pension and all the insurence like medical and life insurence,so when she grows old she is not dependent on her husband or children for money or house, children should not be able to thro woman out and take advantage of her old age, by putting her in old age home. the woman has to feel secure all her life, like the family feels secure by her takeing care.
