I think, this law should not be gender based. There are numerous instances where a male was harrassed by his spouse and in laws. And, this law will give such people another way to harrass their husbands. I think, this law should be changed to accomodate such cases too
So are you referring to the aggrieved one in reality or fake/pretender finding ways to claim/abuse the law and steal/grab husband's hard-earned money? If the female is rightly aggrieved, she should be supported. but what if otherwise?
Also, on one hand you talk about women equality and right to work, on ther hand you want to grab 1/2 of husband's hard-earned money??..on what basis and on what right? do u deserve to get money for free? Do you carry that Xtra qualities than normal human beings that you can demand money for breaking relationships? What about the commitment towards each other? that's the basis for the sacred institution of marriage?

what about the security of man and his family? how can u make sure that it cannot be misused? u girls should also think about men it's not just u and another girl....men needs rights and laws too to defend himself and his family from very aggressive and money minded girls,from girls with extra-martial affairs etc.
