In one case wife being a very low educated person husband being a project manager in a very big IT firm, tortures her husband right from the next day of the marraige. Inspite of husband being very patient for 2 years and providing her with all the luxuries which she never imagined, she never shows any respect to her husband and father-in-law and mother-in-law. She also created a scenario where she made her father and father's brothers manhandle her husband and his parents, who are in a very respectable postion in the society with very good name. What would happen if such a woman takes a false complaint to the police and tries to misuse this DVA act? I am really surprised why senior judges "or whoever it is" are not thinking in all these perspectives.
