why woman lodges so many false fir (section 498a) supreme court defined it as "legal terrorism" figures are clear almost 70 to 80% are false cases.i mean if a girl can sent the husband and his whole family(that inculdes another women too) to the jail by the means of false fir then how can u think that it won't be misused like 498a?
within next few years u will find that one FAMILY in ur's 'KHANDAN" is effected by this and then u will understand.
