its very sad that the lions share of tax i am paying shall go for benefit of people who will be reaching positions for their caste and not merit.The govt should reduce taxes, certainly its great if the fund is alloted for needy people who really need such support. What if a resrved candidate opts for a seat in open catagory just to accomodate his community poeple.. did our sissy PM think about these things??
