I don't understand how can India take a double standard by talking to a terrorist outfit like the LTTE. Is there any doubt in the mind of ant sensible person that the LTTE is a terrorist outfit. Not only they killed our beloved Rajiv Gandhi but they are still involved in terrorist activities in our neibouring country.
A terrorist out should never be encouraged by talking to them. Rather efforts should be made to punish all those involved (including Prabhakaran).
LTTE is not sincere in apologizing. It only a tactical move by LTTE becuase the EU has also declared them as a terrorist outfit.

EU & USA ban are just a act.
Even after LTTE was banned, all its leaders are operating from EUROPE only. Why are they not containing them like how they contained AL-QAIDA.
The ban on LTTE is only written. It is not implemented. It cannot be implemented by these countries including CANNADA.
As lots of TAMIL Refugees lives in their country. What if the EU block LTTE. LTTE is the unproclaimed head of ELLAM. If EU blocks to whom they will go and speak for the return of REFUGEES.
