We must solve Kashmir issue by peaceful means at the earliest. Pakistan should realise that the Kashmiri's are divided among themselves and involving them would result time consuming discussions. It is impossible to bring unanimity among the Kashmir leaders.Hence a solution acceptable to India,Pakistan and majority of democratic leaders of Kashmir should be worked out and presented to the Kashmiri people by India and Pakistan.Immense benefit that will flow out of the settlement should be stressed by India and Pakistan. Pakistan should play a greater roll in convincing Kashmiris.
