Things I feel sorry about for the West
by Guest on Jul 21, 2009 01:10 AM   Permalink

I guess Claude you have jotted down 10 most astonishing facts about India and I being an Indian won't take any umbrage at it. But I would like to comment whther you think political decisions even in the developed world are always right..I dont think so in fact your judgement wud have made me believe so if i had not traveled extensively to Europe and the US. From my own experiences i can tell how currupt system or people could be in the developed world. I was mugged in Spain the moment i landed there. when I went to the Police i found I was not the only one lodging a complaint against mugging..every where I traveled in South of Italy people told me to be careful of my belongings as there is mafia there. Locals told me not to show my Gucci bags on the street as no street is safe enough in italy. I had never seen so many mad people on the streets of India the way i have seen every where in Europe..weird people shouting or talking to themselves..In countless instances i had been cheated around the US and Europe..I think these countries have no moral system or karma to curb them from wrongdoing even though people have enough to provide for themselves..In India people most of the people are poor so this place should have been the place of dacoits and robbers but this is nt so...very small percentage of these people are currupt if you compare this ratio with western countries you'll find more people currupt in lower sections of the society..
