the one thing I hate about india is the explotation of some sections of the people by the govt of india on the name of religion in the name of reservations.
in AP poor SC STs fee is paid by the govt , but a poor OC has either to get a loan or can't join the course.(this is in case he gets a seat after SC, ST , BC , women reservation)
Even my SC friends who are not poor enjoy the schlorships.
