I agree with the author. While some of points are the real problems India is facing, some of them can be corrected by a change in attitude. Points (3), (5) and (6) can be solved atonce, if the Govt. want to do so. Discrimination against tourists and neglect for environment are the most important points and need to be addressed by creating social awareness.
