I cannot agree more with the 10 problems you have mentioned. However I disagree with the 95% -good and 5% -bad evaluation. There are several more acute problems like crime against women, poor water management, foeticide etc which are more common in other parts of the country to which you may not have been exposed yet. if you take India as a whole, I am sure you will find at least 50 more things you would not like with the same intensity.
However it is heart warming to see that your love for this country is overwhelming these drawbacks.
