Chennai is the rudest City equal to Mumbai. I have been travelling entire India for my official trips and find Mumbai and Chennai are the Rudest of all.
The way people respond to visitors from other cities is the yardstick. Chennai people look at ever one as fraud and they are totally insecure dealing with visitors.
