Dear Mr. Lalit Koul, It is really a sad story indeed. The only objection I have in all that you have written is the usage of the word "refugee". I need for you to clarify if in your opinion Jammu and Kashmir is like any other state in the Indian union? Have you ever been discriminated in any other state basing on the state of your origin?
