This article must be read by all the "good samaritans" sitting at the "helm" without expecting favours or partiality from the vote bank of India!!! Unfortunately, the Govt itself is stuffed with so many OBCs, who are used to "largesse", it is a moot point whether the good will ever come out in this "Janma".
