I request all the OBC candidates who can qualify for general category to use the quota to the fullest extent. This will prevent some non qualifying person to use the quota. I made a mistake of not using my quota. It resulted in a better qualified person not getting a seat.

This is a really courageous solution - if you cannot beat down a politically created mess, join it and beat them at their own game ... yes indeed - if merit became an issue within the reservation, then the latter perhaps would not cause as much damage to the nation ...
