Thank you sir. Our policy makers should consult people like you..
But our policy makers are aiming for the vote bank and not the upliftment of socially/economically backward people in our society. They just want to be in power for another 50 years.. or otherwise they are trying to create controversies just to confuse people. In the midst of such controversies they can pass other sensitive bills.
I am working with a Private IT company in Bangalore and I haven't heard about an incident where, a person from OBC/SC/ST segment was denied an offer because of his/her 'caste'. Nobody is asking caste and all these days..except for matrimony.
I personally feel that reservation for all..for education/employment in private sector/R&D etc..may affect the competitiveness of the youth in our country and our 'intelligent friends in neighbbour' China can easily surpass our development ratios.
