Well said Prof. Gopinathan. One more important aspect to note that unlike SCs, OBCs are politically very strong in all nothern India, Maharashtra atleast. UP, MP,Bihar, Maharashtra etc as if the government cannot be formed without OBC CM. In villeges also OBCs are not discriminated like Dalits. They are powereful and even replacing the old landlords in villages. So the argument for SCs doesn't hold true for OBCs. Rest is all about rich and poor.
