dear CM, it was the same condition yesterday i.e.31/5/06 with the C.rly as there were no trains for an hour and people had to walk down upto Kurla Stn. and from Kurla stn we had to wade thro\' knee deep waters with that stinking smell of the waters. Water had been accumulated at Kurla, Ghatkopar. It\'s the same situation every year & this year too. What efforts has the govt. taken can be seen with this 1st rain itself and there's still more to go.
