I totally agree with this article. Although nature cannot be predicted and its strength cannot be matched by mere mortals like us, is it absolutely necessary to make matters worse by digging up all possible roads in the most crowded and congested areas. I fail to understand howcome all the roads leading to seepz, which are already in a bad condition are dug up. They have been dug up for valid reasons, I agree, but couldnt this be done well before monsoon or postponed to after monsoon. Is it just a case of mismanagement or deliberate intentional disastrous managment? All of us would really appreciate if we get answers to these simple questions. We heard that there will not be a 26/7 this year apparently there will be 5/6 this time. A very very very disappointed mumbaikar.
