This is the problem with most of us. We have got stuck with the numbers while trying to find FAULT in the article. Does this oversight prevent the deal from going through? Wasn't there anything better to comment upon on this news ??

Totally agree with you. Every one makes mistakes. The article is otherwise concise and neatly written.
