I was also stuck in traffic for over 12 hours last year, and as rightly said, I though that it is the Mumbaikar spirit that let me get through the situation. But today I find that it is true for any person iving anywhere in India. But sad to say that we have all learnt to take things lying down, and we call it "The Spirit of Mumbai". We have all forgotten that what we get is finally what we fight for, and sad to say that we have lost our fighting spirit. The administration is totally deaf, and has done absolutely nothing to imporove after last year's deluge. We should thak God that there are no cloud bursts this year, otherwise situation would have been worse. We should all unite and fight for our rights. Better roads, more cleanliness, better transport system... these are the things which will help us out of such situations, and it is not just "The Spirit of MUmbai" which will help us. Ask the people who have lost their close ones last year in the rains or this year in the blasts. Lets do something for them, and something for our children. Lets take these guys head on and not compromise.
