claims made by BMC and all other civic bodies seems to be a story that they want to promote. I stay in Andheri (W) near apna bazaar, facts of the matter is as follows
July 27 2005 Total Rainfall : 952 mm aprox water level in my building : 7'
July 7 2006 Total Rainfall : 150 mm (as they claim) water level in my building : 4.5'
so where has claims of spending crores for - widening all the storm water drains - 100% cleaning of Mithi and other rivers - cleaning of all existing nallah's gone...Mr. Jhonny Joseph do you have an answer to this
