Sir, It is apparent that terror groups aided or abetted by terrorists based outside of India have carried out the Mumbai train bombings, going by the preliminary evidence available with the Indian investigative agencies.In fact, Mumbai is witnessing such type of terrorist attacks once in two years starting from 1993 bombings.Will the Govt of India emulate the example of Israel on this issue of handling terrorism and give a solid reply to the terrorists operating out of India? But then, ours is Gandhi's land of peace and non-violence, where the political will for taking any punitive action against the terrorists on the lines of Israel's has always been very muted in view of compulsions on peace process with Pakistan.
