This government goes for the short cut
by Raj on Jul 20, 2006 12:21 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

I am very much ashamed of this government since the day it got power. Every now and than I hear some bad news in the media which is related to this government.

I fail to understand as to how banning the blog will prevent another bomb blast? The shocking part is that the government and all securalists refuses to utter the word 'JEHADIS' after this bomb blast. It means that they are refusing to accept the danger to the Indian society because they don't want to risk their vote bank.

Very good response Raj, this coalition governmment is going to take this country to the top of a cliff and then force it down from there.

Regards,

Ashish

I vote for the government to ban certain sites. If it saves lives I'd
completely go wid it. be it blogs, be it chat sites, be it emails or
portals. Like everybody knows India as a country has a whole lot of
issues with security. eg. anyone can walk into churchgate station
with-out his bags getting checked. even if he's not a terrorist and is
carrying harmful substances like acids, keroscene or petrol.. no one
checks. with so many loopholes in security every little measure will
help in avoiding a 7/11. We should sacrifice a bit of our freedom
some times to be 'secure'. and help the government in doing so.(even
help the govenment monitor some sensitive blogs, mails and portals.
