What the writer is saying is an extension of what has already been said and done. Take no action against Pak. My responce to his suggestion are: What good has it got the Indian govt and people in terms of security with building a good name under the name of civil liberty and in the cocktail party curcuit. All countries he mentioned have already mentioned of their unhappiness over the incident, so. None is explecite in mentioning Pak. US India relations according are souring new heights but I dont see them in that context. Its purely a business deal with the nuclear reactors with too many loop holes. India needs a secure energy agreement without any riders. US is the biggest rouge supporting state and chooses its allies and enemies to what suits them, nothing wrong with that. But some of their closest allies anre are worst enemies. If we have any souring realtions with them and if they even understand why cant they come out openly and support in closing the terror camps in POK, and say that go ahead and we will take no action. On the contrary we will build international opinion in your favor. Point 4 is rubbish cant speak to any Pak leader till terror stops.
