Enemity and disbelief when such high then one party to conflict bears loss of rs.5 but does not agree to benifits of re 1 to enemy.it simply regards it as nursing snake only.This is what we see in indo pak relations.Be it trde blockage or energy blockage.India feels i billion dollars royalty to pak is strengthening its warhood and Pakistan feels cheap energy to indian economy means boost to indian economy. So much is deep rooted enemity and doubts as history is full of it only. Now if conflict between two is ended by common friend Communists brokering like Shimla or recently in Nepal,India should not think that now Pakistan shall prepare for war and pakistan should not feel that India shall become big economic power as India has infrastrecture and HRD but no peace.In long run both shall stabilize and there shall be no need for both to stand in que before World Bank and white house for strategic support. Third world sofar has paid 3 times it borrowed from w. Bank as interest and principle is still due.Indo Pak peace means trde and energy flow in Asia and SAARC,ASEAN and very vitally Shenghai 6 huge trade and employment to wipe out terrorizam only.
