As per IAEA 49 more countries are nearing nuclear bomb .Destabilizations,unsecurity,exploitation by depriving,double standards and speaks,attacks on others sovereignty by imperilizam in unipolar globe of last 15 years has resulted in big proliferation .Even when S. Korea was not willing bases were created in s. korea and communist N. Korea was deprived of even basics.North korea then sold out for money and same in south Asia.both India and pakistan had deterrent working with shimla accord till 1989 and Rajiv Benazir and china were in peace process.But USSR and India suffered all political turmoil and region was nuclearised and communalised in big way and then big proliferation and sell out for money by earstwhile USSR states and n. korea,Pakistan,China took place.And now there are 49 additional countries nearing nuclear bomb.Is America any safe too? Now India and pakistan have last chance to reconcile and show globe an example how a nuclear flash point too becomes a big trde centre by building Mumbai,Shenghai and karachi trde centres.And as warned very rightly by noted journalist M. J. Akbar,break down of peace talks is more dangerous than breaking of war.
