I feel you article is very biased. If there is a chance of communal riots or there is one all involved sides including administration is scared . As others have said muslims citizens, organizations and leaders should take real measures to cut the support to terrorists, not just some paper statement etc.
I am sure every Islamic terrorist participating in this guerilla warefare has patronage or support from so called muslim bastis or areas in the town, officials or some Islamic organizations.Let there be valid measures by the community.Otherwise citizens of the affected nation will take charge out of frustration and helplessness,though such acts are no less than terrorism

Dear friend people like you and other indian leaders (hindu and muslim)somehow reach a point where they can communicate and influence mass but fail to communicate responsibly. Naxalite and other groups are focussed to that region and not relegion driven (unlike Islamic Groups)
