Why the common Muslim is scared

Now this is getting out of hand. Hindu Terrorism. There is no such a thing. The muslims in India, by and large, have never shown solidarity with the indian nation. There were never protests on Kashmiri pundits killing or anything that happens in Kashmir. They have never openly told Pakistan to keep out of India. They have always viewed themselves as aliens to India and a minority but never taken responsibility for the country as such. Yes it is a difficult task but there should be a starting point somewhere. They cannot be giving the excuse of being poor and uneducated. There so many muslim organizations which protest on Ayodhya or something like and seem to have funds to organize bunds etc, but they are not doing anything for the common muslim. Anywhere in the world when a bombs goes off or there is civil unrest, one side is always islam. Why is that. Now muslims in India enjoy rights that muslims cannot enjoy in Islam nations but still are critical of everything that is being done, do not accept Uniform Civil Law etc. Such thing definitely alienates them from the mainstream. Hinduism is perhaps the only secular religion left and it is being tested to its breaking point now.

Why is rediff.com instigating communal differences by publishing articles like these??? You guys are deliberately creating a new angle to it and make people fight. If you cannot maintain standards of neutrality, at least do not stir the hornet's nest at this time of crisis...Media should be constructive and not provocative/destructive....
