We have been always reactive to any calamity that proactive. Few things which look expensive and non meaningful in implementation unless something happens... But working on Continuity Plan should always be in lace irrespective of its investment. this is what differenciates us from wel developed countries... it is not the economay..but th security to common mans life is what makes the difference
