I think those responsible for the blast should be nabbed immediately and sentenced to death without trial or without any legal course of trial. Moreover, the weak Indian Government is totally responsible for the blast coz they are too linient to take any actions against the Muslims as they consider them as the vote bank. We need change and a new governance.
