We are doing meetings and all but not planning to catch the culprits. In India the only problem is that we make a lot of promises with ourselves and above all our political leaders makes such a statements that they will catch the culprits by a brisk of moment, which is never happening, these type of things carry on happening & happening and we are not able to do anything and we can't do anything about this, Unless every Indian barring caste or religion makes up his mind, OK I am going catch the culprits.
