Govt. of India (congress and commies) need to bring back POTA out in full force and deal with terrorists (and those who help them) severely. It is ok to arrest a few "not involved muslims" by accident as they can be released but dead cannot be brought back. UPA is responsible for all this. They repealed the POTA which could have atleast prevented 3/4th of the terror activities in the country. Also refrain from calling people who kill innocent people "militants". They are terrorists and ought to be labelled as such. Do you call the perpetrators of 9/11 of 7/7 "militants".
