Not just AIIMS, Nation has been Wounded
by RAJENDER KUMAR on Jul 06, 2006 08:18 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Who says rule of law applies in India. We are as lawless as some of the worst countries in Africa. Probably they are still better 'coz if they don't value rule of law, they atleast admit it that they don't accept. We have become a psuedo democracy. Anyone can do anything. Arjun Singh can come out with quota policy. Ramadoss can fire AIIMS Director. Doctors can go on strike without notice! What's this!

Where are our respected President and Prime Minister? Are they helpless or are they not wanting to interfere? Where is the Supreme Court who forced the doctors to withdraw the strike and assured them of justice? Is this the Justice?

Now the ball is in Supreme Court's court. Can they force the government to undo the injustice in the same way they forced doctors! Can they call Ramadoss to Supreme Court and ask him to explain his role ?
