Though i admire Mr. Venugopal as a doctor, i do feel that he must have been sacked long before. The way he organised anti-reservation protests inside the AIIMS premises was not in good spirit. In his personal capacity, he has every right to show his disagreement with government policies, but as the director of AIIMS he must have acted accordingly. However popular a person is, he must obey the law of land. I think his sacking has come a bit late.
