It is sad that the right to free speech is slowly being undermined in the current govt regime. This act of health ministry sends out the message "protest against anything we do, however wrong or inpalaetable, face dire consequences". A more vindictive govt. India has never seen. I sincerely hope that we will never see one such after UPA. It is high time the ppl of India wake up!!! A country that is not a meritocracy will NEVER grow.
