Every one seems to be talking out of his hat.The caste is asked by the schools and the police station and governmental organisation for the simple reason that the toilet tissue holders want to get the benefit of the caste certificate, particularly when the non performing sons and saughters want to get in to IIt/AIIMs scoring 35% marks. If the police register a case against upper caste for calling Dalit names, do you know that its a non bailable warrant? A dalit has to just complain to the police and the OUcs and even oBcs can be arrested with out a question being asked.I have known instances where the unscrupulous elements in that caste have harrassed the superiors in the dept.Dont talk nonsense about abolishing the castes. The OBcs The scs and sts need it very much. For the OUcs and unreserved fellows the caste certificate has as much value and meaning as a used toilet tissue, but for the others the used toilet tissue is life line. The more used the better!
