Worship in the Hindu temple should be consistent with the Hindu philosophy and scriptures. there is no prohibition to entry to anybody on the basis of caste or religion ,in the scriptures and Agamas. The temples may presescribe their own rules for entry of personns of different faiths , in the interest of safety , in the context of terrorist activiteis all ove the country. But, it will be absurd to reefuse permission to anybody on the basis of religion and caste . people resorting to such atrocious beheaviour are NOT HINDUS respecting the Gods. Remeber what Lord krishna has taught in Bagavad Gita. People may worship me in any form and in any manner and by any name . I am preent in everything inanimate and animate , even in dogs and in the scavenger. For him the stone and diamond are not different . A learned , disciplined man does not see anything except God in any thing and any being . People who have scan respect for he the Hindu scriptures , agnmas , teachings , should not be placed in charge of Public places of Hindu worship. If a person owns a temple as his private property . he may commit the sin of preventing access toi anybody to his private temple.
