Dharam Singh desrves to be kicked out. In democracy,there is no place for non-performing govt.
It does not mean that Kumarswamy is better than Dharam Singh. But deserves a chance. There is nothing to loose, because the administartion, policies, infrastructure etc are at lowest level as it is. It can not go below.
