The Chief minister and the congress, to say the least have been very ordinary in the last 18 months. Bad governance, lack of will to make a difference and subverting an issue through politics has been their strategy. What has happened is no surprise..The JD is in a bargaining power and i'm afraid, the congress will have to wait for the next election and work very hard.They never had the mandate and they frittered an opportunity through an alliance.This is very typical in case of a fractured mandate and the state, people and progress suffers substantially.
